The Single Synthesizing Hot Cell has a large interior space to accommodate the chemical modules (chemical synthesizer) and its accessories, such as HPLC detector
- The working chamber is SUS 316 stainless steel with rounded corners to minimize dust accumulation. The external surface is SUS 304 stainless steel
- 60 mm thickness of lead shield for the front side and 50 mm thickness of lead shield for all the other sides
- Air inflatable rubber sealing technology ensures chamber air tightness
- Unidirectional air flow system in the synthesis chamber passes through a HEPA filter to ensure compliance with classes C or B (depending on the lab environment). Exhaust air passes through a charcoal filter
- The Touch Screen Control Panel with PLC system integrates all operating functions in one.
- It is equipped with two Cameras integrated with a 17’’ HD display on the front door
- A radiation detector to measure dose rate inside the chamber and interlock the door while the radiation level is over the threshold (optional)
- Two shielded boxes with 20 mm lead thickness are equipped on the front of the lower level for additional space or transfer box.
