This is a class II type A2 bio-safety cabinet with lead shielded for handling the radioactive and biohazard material. It is a safety device to protect worker, environment and product
The internal work cabinet is fabricated in one piece of stainless steel with rounded corners to reduce the particulate adhesion. The external body is carbon steel made with epoxy painting
- The inlet air is filtered through HEPA filter (99.99% @0.3µm) with 70% recycled / 30% exhausted
- The innovative surrounded air intake grille design. All contaminated air in the work area is enclosed inside the cabinet, and the outside air is flowed to designed air trench without contaminated inside
- A vertical tempered glass panel with position sensor to alert the worker while the glass panel is not in proper position to prevent the cross contamination
- The lead shielded all sides from 5 mm to 20 mm thickness is available for customer’s choice
- A sliding lead glass block is equipped on the front to protect the worker from radiation exposure
- A shielded dose calibrator house is built on the beneath of work level
