Radio-chemical fume hood (RFH) is an enclosure that safely contains and ventilates radioactive hazardous fumes, vapors, gases and dust generated by radio-chemical processes performed in the fume hood to protect workers and operators from inhalation of hazardous substances. The sliding down window with position alarm on the front of fume hood to avoid workers from spills and splashes that may occur during operation.
- The internal work cabinet is fabricated in SUS 316 of stainless steel with rounded corners to reduce the particulate adhesion. The external body is made by SUS 304 stainless.
- The inlet air is filtered through HEPA filter (99.99% @0.3µm) with 70% recycled / 30% exhausted and the exhausted air are filtered through an active charcoal filter.
- The innovative surrounded air intake grille design. All contaminated air in the work area is enclosed inside the cabinet
- The lead shielded all sides and movable lead glass block on front are build from 5m, 10 mm to 20 mm of lead shields for different radiation safety approach
- A dose calibrator with 20 or 40 mm of lead shields are equipped on the beneath of platform
- The Touch Screen Control Panel with PLC system integrates all operating functions in one
