The Dual Synthesis Hot Cell has two segregated cabinets to accommodate two chemical modules (chemical synthesizer) in a vertical position.
- The working chamber is SUS 316 stainless steel with rounded corners to minimize dust accumulation. The external surface is SUS 304 stainless steel
- 60 mm thickness of lead shield for the front side and 50 mm thickness of lead shield for all the other sides
- Air inflatable rubber sealing technology ensures chamber air tightness
- Unidirectional air flow system in the synthesis chamber passes through a HEPA filter to ensure compliance with classes C or B (depending on the lab environment). Exhaust air passes through a charcoal filter
- The Touch Screen Control Panel with PLC system integrates all operating functions in one.
- It is equipped with two Cameras integrated with a 17’’ HD display on the front door
- A radiation detector to measure dose rate inside the chamber and interlock the door while the radiation level is over the threshold (optional)
- The optional side chamber with 20 mm of lead shielding is available as optional. The shielded side cabinet is ideal for enlarging the space for placing the accessories of chemical modules or as a transfer box to deliver material or product in/out of the hot cell (optional)
