This Dispensing Hot Cell with Tongs and Gloves are equipped for the operator to handle the lower activity radio-pharmacy or isotope through two shielded glove ports. It is ideal for PET centre or Nuclear medicine department to dispense the radio-pharmacy from bulk vial into syringe (unit dose) in Grade A (class 100/ ISO 5) environment to comply with GMP.
- The working chamber is SUS 316 stainless steel with rounded corners to minimize dust accumulation. The external surface is SUS 304 stainless steel
- 60 mm thickness of lead shield for all sides. The hinged front door is equipped with an equivalent shielding of lead glass viewing window, a tele-tong, and two shielded glove ports
- Air inflatable rubber sealing technology ensures chamber air tightness
- The laminar flow dispensing chamber includes HEPA filtration that provides air quality to comply with Grade A (class 100 / ISO 5)
- The Touch Screen Control Panel with PLC system integrates all operating functions in one.
- A raw material or Ge/Ga-68 Generator in/out lead shielded drawer with ventilated air is built on the lower level of the operation side. There is also an interlocker function to avoid the cross contamination.
- A product delivery drawer with lead shielded, air ventilated and auto capping device is equipped on the lower level of the operation side. There is also an interlocker function to avoid the cross contamination
- A dose calibrator with 50 mm lead shield well is equipped below the counter top with control on the front of the hot cell (optional)
- The radiation detector to measure dose rate inside the chamber and interlock the door while the radiation level is over the threshold (optional)
