The automatic multiple vials dispenser is designed for the mass production of cyclotron facility for distribution to comply GMP requirement. It may produce up to 30 vials of radiopharmaceutical in a continuous process without interruption. From vial pickup, aluminium cap and rubber stopper removed, radiopharmaceutical filled-in, rubber stopper re-capped, dose measurement, aluminium cap sealed, bar code scaled, and to deliver product vial to transport container
Software control and manage the process
- More than 12 isotopes in library. It performs the decay correction, activity calculation and volume dilution
- All the process is PC software control in fully automatic mode, also be available for semi-automatic mode as operator prefers
- Performs the volume calibration or activity calibration for daily production or QC test
- Data Management function including the batch number, product information and patient information
