This unit allows the pharmacist to compound and dispense the radiopharmaceuticals from three individual shielded vials into a unit dose syringe. It is ideal for routine dispensing the various SPECT radiopharmacy, PET drugs and chemotherapeutic drugs
Automation
- A rotating vial holders for loading 3 vials with gas vent filter is equipped. While a desired dose is input, the selected vial will rotate to the upright position of the shielded syringe platform and introduce the syringe needle to draw the dose
- The shielded syringe platform has two operation platforms, one platform is rotating the syringe to desired vial position, another platform has two actuators to introduce the syringe needle and to draw the plunger
- An automatic needle de-capper is equipped to remove or re-cap the needle cap during the procedure
Convenience
- It is easy to place various drugs in the vial holders for unit dose drawing
- All the procedure is controlled by PC programming software. This provides the ability to easily set dose volumes, decay tome corrections, various compounding factors and database management.

- Dispensing a dose can be completed within 40 seconds
Shielding
- There are three shielded vial holders to load the various radiopharmaceutical. Each vial holder may load tungsten vial shields for PET or lead glass vial shields for SPECT. It is available for 10 to 30 ml vial.
- The 9mm tungsten syringe shielding with LED illumination provides radiation shielding and the clear view of dose volume during procedure.
