The tungsten vial shield is designed for tight activity isotopes, such as PET, I-131. The 21 mm thickness tungsten shielding reduces 99% of the radiation exposure from 0.511 MeV radioisotopes. The magnetic cap design allows quick removal of the vial cap reducing the dose exposure to hands during operations.
